How long does it take you to ship orders?
  • We take great pride shipping orders out as fast as possible, many even the same day. With that being said, please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. Additionally, you will receive an email with tracking information once your has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.

 

 

My item went missing, now what?
  • We're so sorry this happened, that is so frustrating! Fear not, if your tracking number states your package was delivered but you are not able to locate it, please contact our customer care team at support@lilcomforts.com to help file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the package will be located but we'll try our best.

 

 

What's your return policy?
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for orders placed on LilComforts.com

    After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund on your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your refund item(s) for your refund to post. For more information on returns, refunds and exchanges, please review the policies below.

Are your items stored in a smoke free home?
  • Yes! All items are handled with care in a smoke free environment.

 

 

Why hasn't my package arrived yet?

  • Please allow atleast 15 business days (30 for international buyers) before contacting me if your purchase has not arrived. Shipping delays can happen (e.g. customs, mis-routing) Although it is not ideal it sometimes happen through no fault of mine or yours. We ship to the address provided at checkout so please double check your address before placing your order.

 

 

 Do you offer discreet shipping?

  • Yes. All orders shipped are completely discreet in a blue bubble mailer and/or blue plastic mailer addressed from "Casper B" and does not show the business name or any specific indications of what is inside your order.

 

 

 Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes! We have shipping options available to every country. International buyers are responsible for all pick ups and custom fees. Please keep tabs on your tracking number to see if you need to pay customs to collect your package from your local post office.

 

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • If you believed you have placed an order by mistake or would like to modify/add items, please contact our customer support team ASAP. If your order has not been shipped, our team will do everything possible to help you with your issue. If the order has shipped, we are happy to help process a return within 30 days.

 

 

How do I return an item?

  • We gladly accept returns for unopened, undamaged merchandise/apparel within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged. If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of store credit. We are unable to accept returns if the hygienic clear adhesive strip and/or tag has been removed, not in its original packaging, discontinued, or any discounted items.

How do I wash my products safely?

  • We recommend washing and drying on cold settings with non-harsh detergent. (baby detergent works best to give that extra cuteness)

 

 

What if my order is wrong, incomplete, or damaged?

  • If there was an error with your order due to a mistake on our part, we will do whatever we can to fix the issue at no cost to you. Send us an email at support@lilcomforts.com with your order number and photographic evidence.
