Excellent product—adorable, very soft, and well made. Just be sure to order the correct size.

I normally wear size L in disposables.
From previous orders of various Lil Comfort onesies and footed pajamas, I’d already noticed that—despite the size chart—the XL and 2XL garments ran large, sometimes very large.

So this time, I ordered the BackGuard Adult Cloth Diaper in size L (definitely not XL).
Even so, it still fits a bit too big.

I never wanted to try a cloth diaper.
But was told to buy this by a friend and am I SO SO glad I did cause it’s easily one the greatest investments of my life. If you like diapers disposable or cloth you’ll LOVE this diaper 100%

When I received this I thought it was quite bigger than the picture shows which is not bad by any means and holds well with the fasteners, it is really quite soft and comfy to wear

There is nowhere for the liquid to go after using the diaper several times. Result is a pretty wet area. I don't know if this can be avoided. Thank you, Jimmy

What can I say? After having one for a couple of weeks it was enough to order a second of the same. Soft, fluffy, comfortable, etc. If there was any one thing I would fix, the velcro tabs don't stay on the affixed pads when you close them up for washing. That means they tend to grab everything and you pull out a four-foot long mass of whatever else was in the washer. That's literally the only negative. Go get one. or two. Or more!

It's a great garment. But, I don't like having buttons around the crotch area. Also, the buttons unsnap too easily for them to do any good. Other than that, it fits and looks great.

I'm using this for bed wetting. It is so soft and comfortable. The extreme bulk is kinda fun to. These fit amazing I feel completely secure. It is difficult to fit plastic pants over them. And even with a booster I did leak. I think with some tinkering this could be fixed. For the most part a great cloth diaper

I love the look, comfort, performance of the diaper. I will buy more. You should Dutch some too.

My girlfriend loves how it feels over her disposable and wants to wear it when we play a lot more often. Very easy to use and attach. Good product.

Having washed and worn several times, I've loved the feel. Stays on well, does it's job (especially with inserts), and is super comfy. My only two gripes are somewhat related. For whatever reason the leg elastics don't fit tightly around the back of my legs, leaving a small but awkward gap. Combined with that is the fact that anything absorbed by the inner lining seems to eventually diffuse out to and get absorbed by the cuffs, leading to a pseudo-leak. Some sort of non-absorbent linkage between the cuff fabric and the lining instead of directly stitching the two together might fix the problem.

Luv this product as I luv all your products. Super comfortable and fun to wear. Would highly suggest it .

I had originally bought the rearz version and within a month it literally fell apart, wasn't soft to the touch...now lil comforts you guys beat it out of the park, it's soft to the touch fits snug but not retracting tight. Has feel of solid construction and quality I say definitely worth the price
